Eschuta's Temper is an elite unique 
Eldritch Orb found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.
Eschuta's Temper is used for its +1-3 to Sorceress Skill Levels and 40% Faster Cast Rate. The Faster Cast Rate is fixed and clears the 37% Sorceress breakpoint on its own, reaching a 10 frame cast without any support from the rest of the gear.
The +10-20% to Fire and Lightning Skill Damage is added to 
Fire Mastery or 
Lightning Mastery rather than multiplied with it. A maxed mastery is already worth several hundred percent, so the practical gain is closer to 5% than 20%. This makes the orb the budget option for fire and lightning Sorceresses who cannot afford 
Heart of the Oak. 
Cold Mastery works differently, so cold builds get the full benefit from 
Death's Fathom instead.
